BUS SCHEDULES TO LOFOTEN:
LOFAST is a boat-free connection between Lofoten and the mainland in north. The road opened December 1, 2007. Now you can easier get to Lofoten. By air to Harstad/Narvik Airport Evenes or by train through Sweden to Narvik. Public bus between Narvik, Evenes and Lofoten are scheduled to travel each way every day.
There are bus connections also between Bodø and Lofoten. The bus can be used in combination with train. If you wish to do so, the easiest way is to go on/off at Fauske. For tickets and more information about train schedules, please visit www.nsb.no.
